Body of Work
Role: Illustrator
I've been sketching since I was a kid. My family consists of artist and they all were more photoreal and accurate than I was. My older brother has an amazing eye and was my first art teacher. I always thought I had a very sketchy, non commital style and it bothered me when compared to the sublime work of my brother. Later, I found in art school that a few professors really loved my expressive lines and how I captured form and movement despite the accuracy or the false 3D perspective. I believe this is what helps me work as a storyboard artist, a motion designer, and how I capture an audience with a story by creating individual memorable frames.
